We work hard to ship your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for order processing times, shipping methods, and address requirements. 


STORE ORDERS

  • Process Time Orders placed through our online store typically ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods We primarily ship via USPS.
  • Tracking Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping updates are managed by the carrier.


SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or outdated address information.
  • Lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Packages returned to us due to delivery issues — you may be responsible for additional shipping fees if reshipment is requested.
